Emily + K.C.'s Wedding at The Rusted Root
When Emily initially reached out about photographing her wedding, she explained that she and K.C. were having an intimate ceremony with only immediate family at their church. Then, just a few days — maybe even the day before — their wedding, Emily texted me and said, “Hey, change of plans…”
Emily and K.C. exchanged their vows on the afternoon of Friday, September 6, 2019 at The Rusted Root in Somerset. On the picturesque flower farm, nestled in the rolling hills of western Pennsylvania, their twelve guests sat on antique benches draped in colorful quilts. Emily looked simply stunning with a succulent crown made of LIVE plants. They drove off in her dad’s 1951 Ford truck.
It was absolutely perfect.
